This gift is a classic—who doesn’t love a mug of hot chocolate in the winter? It’s perfect for families, but you could pair a bottle of peppermint schnapps with this gift for a more adult vibe.

You Will Need:

  • 1 ½ cup Coco Treasure Organic Coconut Sugar

  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup milk chocolate cocoa powder
  • ½ cup powdered coffee creamer
  • 1 quart canning jar with lid

Coconut Candy Cookie Mix

This recipe is as fun to say as it is to eat. Of course, we love everything coconut, but you can use your recipient’s favorite type of candy bar instead of the one featured in this recipe.

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Mounds candy bars chopped up unto chunks about the same size as a large chocolate chip

Layer the ingredients into a quart jar in the same order they are listed. Include a recipe card with these instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the chopped candy from the jar. Empty the remaining contents into a large mixing bowl and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Cut ¾ cup butter into small pieces. Use your hands to work the butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. In a small dish, beat 1 teaspoon vanilla into one egg. Stir the egg into the mixture along with the chopped candy. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart. Use the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass to flatten the cookie. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges turn golden. Transfer to a cooking rack. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
