  1. Warm coconut oil until it liquifies.
  2. Add the shredded coconut meat and honey. Mix well.
  3. Prepare an 8”X8” baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  4. Slowly put in the mixture into the pan. Press gently. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
  5. Once the mixture solidifies, melt the dark chocolate.
  6. Spread it evenly on top of the solid mixture.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Refrigerate to allow ingredients to set.
  9. Serve.
