Make this Coconut Drink with Coconut Sugar Tonight
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsulphered coconut
- 1 teaspoon Coco Treasure Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Coco Treasure’s Unrefined Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions

Heat the rice milk, shredded coconut and organic coconut sugar over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a low boil, stirring frequently to prevent the rice milk from scorching. Once the mixture has come to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the mixture is heated throughout, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture through a sieve directly into a heated mug. Press the coconut pulp with the back of a spoon to squeeze out the milk.

Stir in a teaspoon of organic extra virgin coconut oil and top with a dash of cinnamon. Yum!
